Staff at reception desk super friendly and committed, room very comfortable, beds were super. We had a room at the quiet side of the hotel which was great, since the road in front can be quite busy. On-site "general Asian food" restaurant is very convenient and offers a broad selection, good quality, nice place. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay in the old centre of a beautiful town, at a stone's trow distance from where the boats depart.

Good breakfast included and very friendly staff at our service and paying attention that the buffet was taken care in a clean way. Our stay was 1 night but will come back for longer as soon there is a chance.

I have no complaints. Very clean. Very friendly staff as you first walk in. It is across from the train station which was wonderful and convenient. Everyone was notch! The girls and guys at the desk greeted you and drew put maps on places to see. 5 star for us.
